Does any body know any thing about solar powered golf carts. I saw a few this year on the playa and never got around to asking the driver how they did it. Does anybody know anything about how to make a 6 volt golf solar powered. Or at least how to charger the batteries with solar power. Thats all I would appreciate some advice or a web site link or somthing. I just dont want to spend lots of money on something that might now work thank you much

yea thats cool
Solar golf carts aren't likely to be cheap. I wanted to build one, and I had money to throw at it, but I opted for a small electric scooter (gas = nasty). But here's the URL of a local company (Victoria BC Canada) that I deal with for solar gear, inverters and pumps. They're an excellent company:

Getting an electric golf cart and hooking solar cells and a regulator into it is quite easy. But costly. Good luck though!
