First timer solo from UK - catching burner express

Post by xstaticgibbo » Mon Aug 04, 2014 5:09 pm

Hey, so I spontaneously booked my BM ticket yesterday and am now figuring out how to get myself there from London!

Will fly into San Francisco on Aug 23rd and hope to catch the Burner Express, can anyone tell me if the bus makes stops at Wal-Mart or similar on the way for food/water/essentials? Or do we need to be completely prepared on pick up?

Also any other solo travellers who'll be in San Fran it would be awesome to meet up and maybe catch the bus together and just help each other out!

See you on the playa!

Have you tried looking at the burner express website to find this out? Because I reckon there's a good chance you'll get your answers there.

How did you "spontaneously book" a ticket for an event that's been sold out for more than seven months?
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.

As per the information posted on the Burner Express site, there are no shopping buses between SF and BRC. The shopping stop buses are only through Reno.

If you have specific questions about Burner Express that are not covered on that site, use the Support link on that site.
