SECURE YOUR LOADS (Bicycles too)

Post by Canoe » Sun Aug 28, 2016 4:49 am

California Highway Patrol reported that on I-80 North bound in Sacramento there were ten to fifteen bicycles on the highway in lanes 1 & 2.
A vehicle hit the debris.
Found another two to three wheelchairs/bicycles.

So Burners, someone's misfortune is a reminder to secure your loads...
... anything you lose can become dangerous hazards and you won't have that stuff on the playa.

Especially on the way out. It's sad that you can follow the burners by the trail of trash bags that have fallen off their vehicles after exodus. They end up being a horrible mess that someone else will having to clean up. Have a good post Playa LNT plan.
