What are the rules/regulations on riding mopeds on the Playa?

If I have a 49cc motorized bicycle is that legal to ride on the Playa?

In California you can ride 50cc or less bikes on the streets or bike paths with no license... all you need is a helmet and for the bike to be able to peddle without the motor.

Is this allowed at Burning Man?
