transporting items to BM that are too big for the plane
I know there are semi-trucks leaving various cities on which people can load bikes or other items to then reclaim them at burning man. Do these exist leaving from Vegas? How does a person get items to the playa that are too big to take on the plane? Thanxxxx

I hate to say it, but if you need a truck the only way to assure it happens is to step up and make it happen. Find out the cost, arrange for others to contribute, and get a driver. That's how it's happening in the other cities.
