i read yesterday about a similar case, they contacted the appropriate people at the org and OMFG, it actually worked and the numbers were changed etc etc...give it a try, you never know..

You'd be in exactly the same position in the previous system if the fraud on your card had occurred the day before the ticket sales opened.
