Right now its 4:45am in the morning there.

Even though this is a computerized process, I doubt they will issue tickets outside of business hours as if anything went wrong you would need to have people working to resolve it.
Looks like tickets are being drawn from around 9am - 5pm, you have 4 hours before drawing will potentially start again.

So dont get so down about not receiving anything since the drawing stopped yesterday.

Also, remember that until you receive an email saying you did NOT get a ticket. You are still in the running for a ticket.

Much love.
i dont think it works like that, people have being getting tickets all night (PST time zone)...

theyve been getting emails..

which likely go out in batches...

sending big amounts of email, even from your own servers.. is usually done in batches..

edit:
it takes a long time to send out 20,000-40,000 emails!! over a 48 hour period.

There's been a bit of a delay for a few of them. Call your bank?

This guy is a complete assclown. Don't buy from him whatever you do. Use the STEP resale program when it gets going.

He has no ticket to sell. They won't be out until June. The lists of scams that people pull wil be out soon, but don't fall for anything like this.
Further, there are plenty of tickets to go around. They just have to get in the right hands. The event is 7 months away.

Yeah must reiterate.... don't bother with any ebay, craigslist or etc listing of tickets for sale. The tickets aint even been printed yet.

I's say use and support that STEP idea.

No fear! We have all of today to look forward to. :)
I also had dreams and nightmares about my ticket... woke up to nothing in my inbox.

But I have faith that no matter what, I'll make it to BM! It will just be a lot easier to get tickets now rather than buying them through STEP, I'm sure.

Hell no. I'm not supporting that. Plus, I can't afford more than the $400 a ticket and that is way steep for me. I'll try STEP and keep my fingers crossed. I'm anxious because I wanted to start planning ASAP. It's not like I can just all of a sudden take a trip across country. I'll get a tix. Not really worried. I guess we should have played the game. We were trying to request only what we needed though.

Sellers need to follow these guidelines when selling tickets on eBay.

* I agree not to sell, trade, produce, or advertise tickets that I do not have in my possession.
you should use the REPORT function on ebay to remove these postings.

i did.

"REPORT CATEGORY: LISTING PRACTICES"

"REASON FOR REPORT: OTHER LISTING PRACTICES"

"DETAILED REASON: ITEM LOCATION MISREPRESENTATION"

(none of the other choices seem to make as much sense as this one)

none of these people will have their tickets.

i am pretty sure EBAY will be able to put two and two together... i hope so at least.

Since it has been brough up. I have followed this for some time. Vivid Seats and Stub Hub, two well known legit vendors, have claimed Burning Man Tickets for a month or more already. Must have got a stash of those pre-sales. This might be something the Burning Man crew should look into. They are selling in the $650.00 - $800.00, depending how many tickets you buy. I know that vivid seats is legit, because I have bought from them numerous times for sporting events.

Stubhub is scaring me. :( Looks 100% legitimate. They even correctly state that the tickets will be FedEx'ed to you by July 19th. The seller is completely anonymous. I can see how a $640 ticket could become very tempting to someone who misses the Lottery, STEP, and Secondary Sale.

It is unfair for me to tell other people to stay strong since I got a ticket, but please stay strong!!!
