Got my STEP confirmation yesterday morning (28.06.12) at 0605GMT. (Time-stamp Fri 02/03/2012 20:19 (1219 PST) for anyone who is reading the time-stamp tea-leaves)
Clicked on the link this morning at 1340GMT (29.06.12)
"Your ticket link has expired, is in use or has already been used.
Please contact customer support if you have any questions. Thank you."
LOLOLOLOLOL - Dontcha just love automated systems - this is why I work in IT - so I'm the one at the other end going LOLOLOL
It says the following when I click on the relevant link at support:
"STEP Says My Link has expired before 72 hours
If you have received an email with a link to purchase tickets through STEP, and after clicking it, you get a message that says:
"your link has expired or is in use"
and it has not been 72 hours since you received it,
please wait 35 minutes and then use the link again."
Can you just pull my teeth out with no anaesthetic instead, please?
