I'm not sure on the theme camp ticket but I am pretty sure it will be a physical ticket coming to me in the mail (which I do not think will be in my name). The one STEP ticket that I am keeping will be held at Will Call in my name.

I have already submitted my second STEP ticket back into the STEP queue. Now if my travelling partner pulls a flakey flake on me, I will put the other STEP ticket back into STEP as well. And be signing up for the ride share board.

Wow! The ticket I put back into STEP already sold! Took less than an hour... Hopefully we'll see a happy dance post soon. I'm hoping Arnoldo gets his soon :D

Got through to STEP at 12:17:12. Just now saw that yesterday morning I received the email saying it's all good.

tickets are a plentiful on craigslist these days! too bad most of them are too much $$$.... but if you keep at it, you'll find the rare gem...

i found one of those sellers on craigslist claimed to be a burner selling the tix for whatever reason... they said "we know the drill. if you're a virgin we'll give you advice blah blah".
they were selling the tix for 850 each.

i emailed them to tell them:
"you said you know the drill but you're selling over face value. shame on you!"

haven't heard back

Be careful contacting people on CL. You are sending it to an anonymous email address, but they get your real address. Then you have to watch out for all the bad things they can send your way. I try to ignore all the idiots selling motorcycles, artcars, feather costumes and ticket scams.

On a brighter note. I did see some reasonable ticket sales.

My friend just called me to say she got her STEP email. Whoo hoo. She thinks she was at 12:18er, so maybe the 12:17's just shot by.

Still waiting for my 12:20 which now seems ever more likely. Its been a slow week....but that invisible clock just keeps ticking.
