Annual Memoriam List: 2023?

I recall seeing an announcement about the annual opportunity to post the name of a dearly departed burner, and that the list is displayed somewhere (I assume at the Temple), but I can't find anything about it now, and I want to double check and see whether I did in fact add my wife's name to the list. Jody Croce attended Burning Man every year from 2003–2014, and once more after that, but was dealing with Parkinson's Disease for the last 6 years, and passed away from complications of PD last September 26.

There will be a tribute to her at the Temple this year, but I'd also like to make sure her name is recorded on the list...

I couldn't find a link for 2023. Temple guardians in the past had the form for the plaque, in their FAQ page. I think the temple guardians also facilitate a way for people who are not attending to get names into the temple, letters maybe? I'd check with them. there are email contacts listed.
