Mailed off some stuff to a friend to be sewn for me(yes, I gave up on getting it done myself). Although I didn't mail her the fleece I want for my pajamas...still figuring that one out.

Got my *to do* stuff down to just one bin!

Yippee! Now, the trick will be to NOT add to it, right!?

We got a couple of new rolling kitty litter pans to make it less disgusting for our cousin to watch our cats while we're away! And we ordered a shade tent to go over our daughter's tent. We're adding a shelf inside our wagon today, too.

I watched the vids on Youtube and sewed one, and it went really well! The hardest part was figuring out how much to gather the tulle as I went along. My sewing skills are VERY basic--pretty much threading the machine and going forward &backward. So, it's not hard, and tulle was about $1/yard at JoAnne Fabrics.

Rode my bike for all my errands today, and then through the park near my house. I'm going to start riding every day to get my muscled ready. I realized I was really out of practice on a bike. Played with new poi tricks all evening and laughed incredibly hard when my boyfriend hit himself in the junk every time he tried.

Started a small tote that is full of things I find lying around the house as we clean the whole thing from moving in. Have found lots of spare carabiners, buckles, etc. that should prove fantastically useful when packing the car.

today my knee is well enough to drive. I cut my jeans up for one of my nightwear outfits.

its not hemmed or anything yet, but.. in time.

I will also try to find a place that can replace the heel of my boot.

I got that set up. The same place also sells it in different colors. I used my to trick out my back pack. I'll have to post a picture when I get home.

Here in Denver we have two stores that carry boots like this, one is a gogo dancer store and their boots are in mens sizes but fit girls feet. The other is a cross dresser store, they have the same brands of boots in mens sizes but to fit mens feet. Its funny being at a party and see and 6' 220lb dude tell some tiny girl "Oh my god I have the same boots".
But back to the topic, I'll find out from my girlfriend what the brand it, and I bet you can order them on line.
I also bet there are tons on eBay.

Took the bike out for a spin in the 95 degree heat. It looks strange without all the lights and other decorations. The "box" will come down in the next day or so. Then I can start decorating my transportation.

Search for 'goth boots' on ebay or 'gothic', you will find tons! I have bought a few over the years.
