there's a survival guide? you mean if i just read allt the information on the burning man website i wouldn't have to ask stupid questions, or perhaps if looked at subforums on here i wouldn't have to ask stupid questions that have been answered a million times already?

My original theory on "Hate and disdain of repetitive posts and questions" was that after 6-7 months of *continued eplaya use the user would become utterly sick and fucking tired of people asking the same old questions with out even trying to find the answer.
Based on Graidawgs post it seems he has realized the frustration with the repetitive questions, in about 6 months, but he also has about 1,000 posts.
It makes me wonder if the disdain for the lazy 'newbie' eplaya posters actually settles in around post number 800 or so, rather than a 'time from first post'

*Continued use= logging on to eplaya a few times a week a few hours at a time. Not necessarily being a master poster, but just a regular user.

Regarding the origional question, #3...whatever happened to the Krishna 24 hour kitchen? Are they doing that again?

I don't know. I don't know if anyone from that camp is on here. I don't know that they would identify themselves, that camp is a lightning rod for some serious disagreements in the way camps should organize themselves.
I'm guessing that what you'd hear here are rumors. You might do better with google and finding if you can talk to them directly.

Pertaining to question #3, if someone is willing to be Trish's slave for a day and constantly fan her to keep her cool, that person will be fed well,,,, for that day.
