nifty useful things

Ya'll probably know about these things, but RIT (those people who make the little boxes we all used for tie-dye in scouts) makes something called Rit Sun Guard Laundry Treatment UV Protectant. It's around 5 bucks. Wash it into your clothes & they have an SPF of 30 for maybe 15 wash cycles. Also, Ziploc is now making HUGE bags. Excellent! Xtra Large 2 ft. x 1.7 ft., 4 per boxXXtra Large 2 ft. x 2.7 ft., 3 per box. They have them out here in Seattle. If you seriously need these & can't find them, I can mail them for cost & shipping. I've seen both sizes in stores around here. And just for fun, if you have a mac, go to the widgets page & someone's made a burning man countdown widget. Nice to look up & see. Makes me smile. Best -S

The niftiest thing I had on the Playa last year was a tiny LED light that was on a velcro ring, to be wrapped around your finger. It was the bomb for getting my bed in order before going to sleep. I didn't really want a big light, and this little thingy was perfect.
