Let's hear 'em! What's on the workbench/easel/dress mannequin/monitor/hoist/oven rack/back burner?

I'll prime the pump...Right now I'm peeling the green EL from the Playasaurus prototype in preparation of beginning the Mark II, trying to revive a few stalled projects for the upcoming Kazoo Art Institute faculty show and distracting myself from more pressing projects by making Buck Rogers ray guns out of bits of studio junk. And I finally got the germ of a notion of something by way of a response to The Theme. (*classified*)
