This actually reminded me that I need to make a laminated in case of emergency card to wear around my neck.

Be careful of the neck lanyards, they can get caught on something and cause an injury. The emergency card is a good idea!

I just wear a collar and tags with my various information (blood type, allergies, license, contact numbers)

Sad to say, I'm a statistic. Gashed myself on rebar during teardown (it had been protected).

I am surprised that there is not an entire category for injuries related to The Wedge.

After the tragedy in Lucurne Valley where eight people were killed at a BLM permitted off-road race it is likely that BLM will be giving closer scrutiny to events on land they supervise.
To help Burning Man keep its permit it would help if all of us keep an eye out (which is quite painful) for safety concerns.
Remember, SAFETY THIRD!

I purposely make it tight enough to not go over my head because I also put my car key on it. Looks lame but prevents a major amount of fail. :D
