BM.com playa event calendar available @ BM?

I'm finding the playa event calendar here at BM.com to be very helpful. Is this information made available in some form at the event itself or should I be printing out the web pages at home?

If I understand correctly, Anything that was submitted to the online playa calendar before July 25th will appear in the What/Whaere/When guide.

As far as things submitted after that, I think they're only available online.
