Bikes in Salt lLke City

Hi all,
We are a couple coming from the Netherlands especially for BM and start our trip in SLC. Can anybody recommend where we can buy two used bikes in SLC to take with us to BM? thanks for your help! XX Dori

I'm flying into Las Vegas and plan on hitting Craigslist for a bike. I imagine I'll find something serviceable for a decent price. You might want to look on SLC's Craiglist now to get an idea.

There's a ton of burners here, but also a ton of bikes. The thrift shops can be hit or miss, pawn shops often have bikes here. You can get on the regional newsletter (salt shaker for element 11), and the utah burners FB page, and make contacts beforehand. We always are passing burner bikes around. In addition to craigslist, utahns tend to use the online classifieds at ksl.com.
