Assaulted on the Playa - We may be alone - you are not

My wife and I were physically tortured by some authoritative force this year on our second trip to the playa. Another friend we met on the playa while out and about on Thursday night whom I had not seen until this week mentioned the strange entourage that was following us and with the help of a few others... well we're only guessing it was BLM. Apparently, they really wanted us to be outside our van such that they vandalized our van and engaged in physical torture, ironically enough, using playa dust (I still love playa dust and breathe it in off of our playa gear every now and then, although with some other added emotions thrown in now)... We were scared out of our wits then when it was taking place... It sounds outrageous, I know. But this is more of a, 'hey, is there anyone else out there in our situation', type of message more than anything else. If so, you're not alone. I'm not crying or whining about what I/we did or didn't do to deserve their attention. It just happened and perhaps we're the ones who are alone in this one. But if you're out there, I want you to know that you're not alone.
