WANTED: The Survival Guide in other languages

Post by lionsburg » Sat Jul 08, 2017 11:00 am

My camp is hosting some international travelers whose native language is not English. (Right now, we have two confirmed French individuals and maybe more from other European countries.)

I looked at http://survival.burningman.org/ and didn't see anything obvious.

Ideally, a French version would be great for our two campers. Other languages would be useful as well if we end up accept other European based folks.

That is a great idea you have there. You should definitely do it.

Burning Man is all about participating and doing.

Do-ocracy is what it's all about.

Get it done!

I second Token's notion!
At the same time... you may be worrying needlessly. Most Europeans know English quite well. This year, we have camp-mates from Norway, Czech Republic, and Belgium, and they all correspond in perfect English.
