Baked potatoes! Can be topped with anything out of the cooler! Polenta with tomato sauce. I also buy take out and seal a big meal into two servings. I did learn - never seal grapes. They get squished and flat. No good.Strata wrote:

oh man such a great idea! I need to get me one of those before my next burn.Strata wrote:danibel, that's fabulous-- makes camp meals SO MUCH EASIER. I like to seal and freeze individual servings so folks can rummage in the freezer and grab something whenever. If I get time-crunched before the burn, I get chinese or indian takeout and seal-n-freeze that. Garlic eggplant, kungpao chicken, veggie korma, butter chicken, saag paneer-- all with rice included so it's boil and go.
