I have a pair of hard tickets for a couple that has been traveling around the world since May. They are unsure of their precise arrival into BRC and have no available address to mail the tickets to. My question is this: If they are placed in an envelope, can someone coming into BRC early (say on Wednesday, August 22) deliver them to Will Call to be picked up there, with proper identification of course?

Have a mutually agreed upon email address for the people picking up the ticket. When you drop them, I think Box Office asks for both.
