yeah, it's just not as intuitive to those of us who didn't know there was a difference between a street, avenue & road prior to filling out the questionnaire. i'm glad you were able to help me out. thanks again.
This is what the questionnaire said last year(note the difference between STREETS and streets) :

"In Black Rock City AVENUES are straight radial streets from the Man, named to follow the clock face. STREETS are curved and concentric to the Man, and are named in alphabetical order, starting with "A" Street behind Esplanade and progressing away from the Man."

"3:00, 4:30, 7:30 and 9:00 Avenues:
These are high visibility & traffic locations on the radial streets."
