Could someone check to see if my IM works? Its been 24 hours and I haven't received any nude pics

I need to purchase some attire for TTITD but not good at this sort of thing. Don't particularly enjoy dressing up. Makes me feel like I'm trying to be someone I'm not. Like dressing up for work. I just like being comfortable for my adventuring

I miss flat tops

oh hell, Earthwalker, I would advise you don't stress about dressing up. Go for comfort, and you can acquire embellishments. I'm not a costume sort, but I do like making hats of different types. You will want some clothes that handle high heat well. Last year I had a couple of fishing shirts with the open meshed cape on the back that were cool, even though they were long sleeved. Pajamas are loose and comfortable as well.

Yeah, I'm just not a Indian headdress with boy shorts and stunner shades type of guy

I'm getting pretty stoked for this M&G deal. And for this thing in general. Less than four months!!

Dressing down is more fun, I spend most of the week in just a kilt.
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

Earthwalker, Bring a light weight wrap-around short skirt. Camo may be good for a manlyman. Maybe sleeveless t-shirts with a matching camo short cape for sun protection. Boots, hat and you look marvelous.

You're like the semi official eplaya wardrobe designer :) those are actually great ideas, because my ideal outfit is either super short 70s shorts, or a wrap of some sorts. I'll pass on Camo....such boring colors!! But....I will definitely go commando :)

Thanks for the ideas!!!!

That is the perfect playa accessory! Hat, cup, bowl and a few other uses that would require sterilization afterwards. Seriously though. It is a great looking hat.

Well, if you bring him on a leash, and we give him a name tag that reads: "Friend of Tatonka, Harass Extra Hard" I think it will work out.

Yes. Absolutely. Just bring something (food perhaps) along to share - or offer to help with the clean up or bouncer duties.

the name tag idea sounds good :) lol

Well bring something ( dont know what yet ) but he's been talking on doing some volenteer work , so maybe hell do that.

Also heard about a 1920's party after the M&G where costumes are required , read about it here somewhere . Would like to go to that also , I have a derby and a vest .

Since I can't cook anything tasty to bring to M&G, can I help by being a bouncer?

TT120, Uncooked beer or Patron would be excellent. I also can't cook.

That's a lovely idea.

The usual request is food OR booze OR ice to share. :) All of those are great.

wow this thing gets bigger and bigger.Fishy, I remember Rob the Wop's Raindeer Fucker - that was pretty fine. I think it was home brewed absinthe augmented with some other herbs. I think that was 2005.

This year I plan to make it to the m&g for sure and bring something. Probably booze.

OK..I'm a daily lurker, and I post from time to time. It looks like I can make it to the party this year. I'd love to meet you folks in person.

I make ridiculously good rice crispy treats... Will that get my name on the guest list?
