Leaving the same day you plan to catch a plane, train or bus is risky.
One accident that shuts down the highway, a breakdown that congests the flow, or a rain storm that takes out the recently partially repaired rain-damaged highway again - or leaves everyone stranded on the playa (rain on the playa, and nothing can move - everyone is stuck in place until it dries...), and you're late?
Playa Info near Center Camp could be your friend on finding a ride.
