Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies/browers? This happened for a few in my camp and apparently they were back in after doing that.

Atrocious server programming by BMORG. Servers melting. They could avoid 90% of the problems if they didn't process credit cards synchronously and instead just took everyone's info and then processed it offline. Amazon figured this out ten years ago. Absurd. Especially considering the cash they rake in each year.

I entered at 1:03 but have been fooling around on other webpages like I am now or making lunch; the screen goes black from inactivity, when I move the mouse get out of blackness, I have to refresh the page.

(Not sure if not being active at the screen caused my need to refresh or I missed opportunity to buy tix 'cause I was makin lunch?)

Whew, got ticket . . . was fooling round on internet, checking back occasionally and saw, "enter your access code" and was then taken to a page to enter credit card info . . . tix & donation to Black Rock Arts Foundation acknowledged in email! :)

Tix will be sent to my PO Box . . . in years before they came to home, no option for that this year?

Signed in at 12:00:34- the connection was lost 4 times-each time I manually refreshed my page but did not have to re-enter my passcode. 1 hour and 39 minutes later we went through the payment page in a jiffy-no issues. I seriously missed the queue countdown from past years-this time around was nerve wracking-but it did work out. Good Luck all!

Schwing. Got mine. I can't remember my time stamp, but I'm pretty sure it was a few minutes passed the starting mark. 5AM local time... PITA, and I stayed up the whole time. Anywho, one disconnect after about 20 minutes, but that was it. Went through about 5 minutes ago. I mark in the queue seems nothing but humane... I have a laptop, so a crap wouldn't be the end of the world, but I was debating a shower.

Finally got mine! Signed in at 12:00:25, While Mother in law who signed on at the same time is still waiting. My two roommates each signed on at 12:13 (don't have the exact timestamp). One of them bought tickets 20 minutes ago, the other is still waiting...

Clearly not a first come first served distribution. I don't think that patience has anything to do with it either.

(Patience was my virtue, just let the browser sit there for three hours, finally got a page asking for my access code once again - almost had a heart attack because I thought it was starting over, then from there it took me to the purchase page.) Yeah, something weird has happened. People, whom I know for a fact got in the queue after me (one by two hours) are getting tickets now. Not many people effected it sounds like... but damn, what an eventful day on my end. Three fails at the purchase tickets page and now a nearly endless line. Ah well, I'll get tickets somehow..
