Transferring *Hard Copy* Ticket? Deadline?

I'm being offered a hard copy ticket and would like to clarify a question before buying it. Do we need to change the name on Hard Copy tickets to be officially transferred and used by a person other than the one It was originally registered to? And if so, is there a deadline (like that for will-call tickets?) I'm thinking hard copy tickets are also "tagged" or "registered" to a specific individual BUT maybe the physical ticket itself is enough?

I'm browsing though the threads and the BM website to see if I can find an answer to this but I'd appreciate if anyone could help me out with these questions.

No names attached to hard tickets. As long as it hasn't been voided (you can check the voided ticket numbers on another topic here on eplaya, I believe) you should be good. No name transfer needed for hard tickets.
