Best Gray-B-Gon Fabric

Postby SourPatch » Thu Jul 10, 2014 3:21 pm

Hello everyone,

I'm building a gray-b-gone like this: http://www.instructables.com/id/Gray-B-Gon-wind-powered-evapotron-for-graywater-di/.

Has anyone compared different fabrics around the "wet drum" for best results? The original plan says "-tulle (polyester or nylon mesh)... Get the finest mesh available."

If anyone has found a better alternative to tulle, I would like to know.

Thanks!
Overkill or go home.

Tulle works great and is cheap. Why look any further?

I understand it being inexpensive, but if anyone has tried tulle and something else, and if that something else performed better, I would still want to know about it.
