Que Viva Camp is returning for it's 5th year to the Playa. We are a POC camp providing a safe space for people to connect and celebrate diversity. We are looking to expand this year, not necessarily in camp footprint, but changes to our camp structure to accommodate more campers, and have a larger space to allow for more participants in our art workshops. Every year we invite Burners to make wearable butterfly wings as a reminder of the beauty of migration and freedom from borders.
Our camp is made of up people who work with at risk youth, immigrants, and communities of color. We strive to support campers who normally don't have the resources to attend Burning Man as part of our practice of Radical Inclusion. Our entire camp is fully engaged in changing the world and creating lasting social change both on and off the Playa.
