Black Waterproof Bike Backpack

Lost my backpack on an art car from Seattle (this is all I know of those driving the car)! The backpack is black, very thin waterproof material, essentially a bike messenger bag that rolls at the top and latches to close. The only identifying sign on the outside of the bag is a small, silver reflective panel, about an inch squared. I really need my bike bag, and all of the items inside it!
