Lost Tandem Bike - Green & Black Northwoods 21 speed

Lost on 4 o'clock side, ziptied EL Wire on frame, one spoke light and reflector on each wheel, red tail light mounted behind back seat, small bell on front bars. 4 digit combo bike lock on seat post (not locked when 'lost').
