Lost Blue Men's 3speed with Basket

My wonderful Playa bike was liberated from the back of the Christina art car Friday night.
The bike is a Blue vintage 70's mens 3 speed. It has stainless steel fenders front and back. It has a stainless steel basket on the front, and a black rack on the back (the rack is actually a surfboard rack, so it has the circular attachment points for the surfboard holders). If it wasn't ripped out, there is a yellow EL wire flower in the center of the bike frame. There is a blue "I heart my bike" bell on the left grip. There are monkeylectric LED arrays on each wheel.
