Lost Black Top Hat

Black felted top hat, sparkly green "band" that I made with velcro closure around base of crown. Peacock feather and green fiber optic "feather" in band. Fell off art car I was napping on somewhere between Control Tower and Robot Heart or Robot Heart and 2:20/D early morning after Temple Burn. Favorite/Go-To hat, gladly cover costs of returning.
