Lost white iPhone 4 with gray back cover (skin)

Additional information:
1) the phone has NO passcode set
2) the language is set to RUSSIAN
3) the top (power) button works POORLY (have to jiggle it, y'know?
4) here's a picture of a similar CASE: http://goo.gl/arbYbP (the texture is different and darker, but the design is similar)
