Kat from England/Brooklyn - Cabana Club 4:30 & Esplanade

Trying to find this lovely girl named Kats who's from England, is living in Brookyln (previously El Salvador), and is really good at hula hooping. She was camped at Cabana Club at 4:30 and Esplanade.
