Looking for the couple granting wishes in center camp. There was a guy and a girl. Anyone know anything about them?

Hada girl dressedas a fairy grant me a wish , I wished the burn would last longer and she said I was good untill next fri. after the burn. Then Later i thought dam will the truck break down and Ill be stuck here

This was a couple, a guy and a girl. I think her name was Ashley, but I have a terrible memory for names.

They had a cardboard sign that said "One wish granted." I think they said they were from the Bay Area.
