Apparently I fell from a 20 foot structure around 2-3am Friday night/Saturday morning. I was badly injured and I am just trying to find out if anyone was there when it happened and called the paramedics. I am a 5'1", 110lbs indian guy with short black hair. You'd have to prove your identity before any information might even possibly be released, due to HIPAA regulations, so I'm not sure how much you'll be able to find out--but good luck, and speedy healing.

I'm not sure I know what you are asking. Do you want to find out "who" called the paramedics? Or "if" anyone called the paramedics?
What injuries did you incure?
Where were you when you regained consciousness?

not sure when it happened but someone fell off the 25-foot? high steel coyote/wolf sculpture when the head of it swung around, after that there were signs on the sculpture saying "do not climb."

someone also got injured diving into "balls deep" as the sun went down . . . ditto on the signs afterward "do not dive."

I'm not even sure what "called the paramedics" means in this case. I think the procedure is grab a BRC ranger and have him/her call khaki, who then calls ESD...

Yeah, it could mean anything . . .

I'm actually not that good at spotting a roaming BRC Ranger. I'd send a fast bicyclist to the nearest medical outpost or--if lucky--flag down a yellow-shirted Field Medic in a Quick Response Vehicle.

Do you have any other details regarding the location or circumstances? Were you either under the influence or in some kind of blackout state? If you don't know anything more than you fell off a 20 foot structure in the middle of the night, that's a pretty large scale of nebulous.
