LOST Khaki Canvas zippered notebook/wallet

It's about 3"x4", and unzips to reveal a small spiral notepad and a couple of pockets. The pockets had a few bucks and a photocopy of my Washington State drivers license, name: Theron Stevenson. It's not crazy valuable, but I'd like to have those notes.
