Found: Flask at the man burn

I found a flask as I was leaving the man burn and was wondering if it belonged to anybody.
I post this just in case it was a family heirloom or whatever. I'd hate to deprive somebody of that.
I wasn't aware of the lost and found until I was at a gas station on the way home talking to other burners.
If you can describe it (color, design (if applicable), liquor inside and where you lost it), I will ship it home to you, free of charge, of course.
Thanks.

Maybe as a reward, they'll suggest you drink the contents.
LOL

HEY!
I did loose a flask. Metal, with the name GOLDAPP printed on the front.
Does that ring a bell?
Thanks...

Thanks for moving this, Eric
I'm sorry, the flask doesn't list that name on it.

I've already started in on it, lol
Its not appearing to be high-end, but it may be a special gift from somebody... Never know.
I just wish I would've turned it in.

Did it have whiskey and a map of the world on it? If so, while I was super bummed to lose it that night, it's really cheap and probably not worth paying to ship (the booze inside probably costs more than the flask). You can consider it a playa gift

Ooh I'm hoping that it's mine because I definitely lost one while waiting for the man to burn. The majority of the front and back was black and the bottom, sides, and top were silver. Tequila was inside--not top shelf but not absolute shit either. I've had that thing for about 8 years now and would be so happy to at least get one of my many missing items back home. I was on the SS Titihawk & the grasshopper at the time in case you were around those when you found it.

I'm sorry, but it does not match that description.

Sadly, that also does not match.
Sorry

Hi all,
I lost a 1920's era Gatsby flask that is very large and very heavy and is sterling silver gilt on Sunday AM after the Burn.
It has a monogram in the upper corner that reads, "TMF" and this thing has a patina you can't describe.
It's singularly one of the most beautiful flasks you'll see
I'm putting it out there to the Universe for this heirloom to come back to me, if it's supposed to be
Thank you all,
Tex Allen

Holy fuck! There were a shit load of flasks lost, wow...
No, I'm sorry.
I honestly don't suspect the owner will be looking for this one. It has a design on it, but it doesn't look antique or higher end.
I only posted because of the chance of it being a very special gift or something.
But no, I'm so sorry, it doesn't match anything I have read thus far.
I wish you all the best of luck in finding your belongings, however.

Hi, I actually lost my flask after the Thursday night core burn. I have a picture of it that I could send to you. It is a standard sized flask. The flask itself is silver and the top unscrews to open it, but the top is attached. The flask is covered by black leather. Thus, the only parts where you could see the silver is on the bottom and top. The back of the flask has what appears to be a seam where the black leather part meets. I've had it forever and it is sentimental to me. It had either Jim Beam or Captain Morgan in it.
Thanks.
