You mean Center Camp? Most likely you would fill out the regular Art Installation online form, which is now open until June 11. The department that handles this is probably the Artery.

Get radically self reliant, do some reading, and then fill out the appropriate questionnaire. Start here.

Dave said he'd send me a email address to Kat or some who I could write to. I am not placing on the open playa. the questionaire is about placing on the open playa. i got 30mins into this and not one question is relavent. in my radical self reliance why would i do any thing else but look for a contact to someone in charge? So i'll wait till tomorrow when the light is right and photograph something that is barely stared, in order to fill out the very last required question to down load a photo. As soon as they look at the form the they will contact me via e-mail and will get the details figured out that way, not with the form at all. O.o Ok your party.

A self reliant person would probably type something like "center camp art burning man" into Google and see where it got them.

you know i must be an idiot for i searched for center cafe art and got nothing before but just now i did. And like Google search ( third link down was for this year O.o ) it has a " Art Liason " link. But i dont have mac mail. Sooooooo.... hate to be a bother yet again however does any one know the email address to the " art Liason "

My name is Serin. I produced a 9' tree sculpture in the entrance of the center cafe' last year. i filled out the submission form 5 months before the event. 3 weeks before the event I finally get an O.K. I am handy capped and I plan things in advance so I can get them finished. I presently have a 6 day week because of my illness. So i scramble to produce this sculpture by throwing two days of teaching. And my community creates it. So with 5 months before the event I have two sculptures that would work great and would like to create something with other burners specifically for this event. Not some older art that I happen to have. I think that this art work would be a great addition to the " tented" area next to the man. So "Silk Road" like. You folks have my email and my profile. If you are about radical inclusion the send this post to the apropriet folks. And you dont' have a prosess. Not even close. You just wing it. If this blog site is for hooking up with folks then send this post to the best thread that you think will work.

Please include the following in your submissions:
Your name. If a group project, provide group name.
Day and evening phone numbers, email, address, and website (if available.)
Images of past Burning Man or other indoor/outdoor projects, if available, which demonstrate your creative style.
Drawing or image of proposed artwork, even better if in the context of the Café structure. This does not need to be a professional portfolio package, simple drawings are fine. Our main concern is the design and the practicality of the project.
Estimated dimensions of finished project.
A lighting plan if appropriate.
Estimate of power needs in amps or watts and description.
Description of materials, method of creation, plans for transport, installation, and clean-up (including dates.)
MOOP Plan
Any questions should be sent to our Artist Liaison and Art, Décor, and Lighting Manager

thank you Joe and others. I was having trouble with the questionaire but got through it just now. you know old camera etc. wanted to note that if i search for " center cafe art " above this thread is really the only thing that comes up. Now if i can get on Spark then ill be really rolling.
