Here is your chance to say,forever, "I was a dj at Burning Man".Only catch is that you must be a big fan of either The Eagles or ABBA.Club Neu Verboten believes that a dj must love the music he is playing.Playboy DJ No,our traditional in house dj,although appreciative of their music lacks the passion needed to justify the party it celebrates.

As has been pointed out in numerous threads being a DJ not that difficult if you can prepare beforehand and then be able to push buttons.So even with zero experience"behind the decks" you are qualified in our eyes.You need only to share a love for two acts we are featuring in our new one hour "ShortParty" dances.

So if you feel you want to do it we would need you for "The History of The Eagles in 54 Minues" Wednesday at 8 or "ABBA Power Hour" Friday at 9.A lot of fun to be sure for the right person. Thanks.

I'm not DJ Gato (I just thought the .gif was funny) but I'll be happy to do it. Unlike Lebowski, I'm a fan.

I own a company that DJs for weddings... if you're looking to have a DJ that has all those old classics, loves them and plays them on a weekly basis for drunk fun people.. I actually have lots of experience doing this. I, of course, have plenty of Abba, Eagles, Steve Miller, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Journey, Led Zeppelin... pretty much anything from the 80's that people danced to.. Disco, classic rock, 80's pop.

If you need a dj of that style, I would accommodate a set just so I can forever say I've DJ'd at burning man.. but if there is no need for this useless talent, I"ll tuck it away for the next wedding.

We are happy to say Dr.Yes under the guise of,DJ Gato, will be the musical host for this historic 54 minutes.He has promised us a special playlist that will include "Desperado" only as a musical white flag if nobody shows up.

Have to use this forum to salute Dr.Yes for his service on Wednesday as he went above and beyond.First of all he showed up.That in itself is always somewhat of a surprise at The Project.Had him start his set at 8 and played it through for nobody.Turns out I gave him the wrong time.When he was just about finished with his set a few people came around who were there for the event at 9.Dr.Yes,although he did not have to,cheerfully agreed to do the whole set again.We were very appreciative and many thanks!

Abba Power Hour,by the way,was a great party.
