Dammit...can't get to the Playa this year!
Does anyone know if there will be a decent live steam this year? Last year's was not up to par with prior Burns, but that was apparently due to a changeover in the vid crew. We'd love to be able to look forward to a good remote Burn this year!!!

Last year the live video stream of the burn was a rescue by the Desert Wizards of Mars mutant vehicle. I am under the impression that it wasn't so much a changing of the guard as an "oh crap something broke but thankfully these guys offered to help for tonight."

Stay tuned, that information will be published (on FB, twitter, here, and most likely also in the JRS and blog) around the start of the event. Last year's coverage had some extenuating circumstances, this year should be improved.
