That Super Kazoo Sound

During the burn, and also at other times, it felt like there was a lot of EDM featuring something I can only describe as akin to a "super kazoo." It felt like this was maybe trendy, and I was curious if anyone else heard it.
I found a song that demonstrates the sound very well, it is 36 minutes into this Skrillex vs Mija set from Bonnaroo. This was performed atop Kalliope which was specially used for the first time at Bonnaroo this year.
The mix was pulled down off Soundcloud, so you can't stream but here's a direct download (168mb).
I can't trainspot it with Shazam because it is mixed with other tracks I think, anyone know the name of this super kazoo barn stormer?
