Bi-Polar Express: Emergency help needed on wiring

We have a tangle of wiring behind the dashboard, we have skematics but we can not seem to get power or get anything to work. We need electrical help ASAP. We are in Chico, CA. We can pay someone with expertise to figure this out. Help, please!!

We have the schematics.

Someone sent me a PM about a guy in Chico that has worked on Cushman's. I am going to call him today.
