I recently found this really great standing ovation .gif and I thought: "I shall use this as my eplaya-like-button from now on." Then I somehow lost the address. Nothing in the browser history either. And google is not much of a help. Oh well. It would have been obnoxious sooner or later anyway...

Just wanted to let the Barbiebarians know that Barbie's Mobile Whorehouse has been moved from Placerville to the general Granite Bay/Newcastle area! She ran great (battery was just fine, tires did not need to be inflated, just a little gas in the carbourator to get the old gal running) and Oliver will be giving her a complete inspection. Nice to know that our camp's original art vehicle will be back on the playa for 2014!

God I can be such an idiot sometimes. I just discovered that in the June newsletter the link I put in to pay your camp dues I misspelled my own email address. What a fucking moron I can be, I swear. If you are part of our Village and thought you paid your dues before they went up, please double check. The proper email link for PayPal is [email protected]. I left the V out of the original link. Since I have no way to check whether not you did it that way, everyone is on the honor system and for those of you who did that, the dues remain the old price. You shouldn't be penalized simply because I'm borderline retarded.

We have sprang for a new axel for support. It's in Nevada right now and since Burny got us a boatload more lights, I see no reason why the New and Improved! Cloud Car! won't be making a successful trip back to the desert. Same goes for Gunther and Barbie's Mobile Whorehouse.

Barbie Death Camp & Wine Bistro/Barbie Death Village has been placed! We are in a completely different spot than the past eight years. We have been moved to 6:30 and Ephesus. We will cover more than four acres of prime playa real estate (we measure 440' X 400') and I personally want to thank the Placement Team for such a wonderful job. Thank you and all you do for everyone's behalf.

Last year I camped at 7:30 and E and it was the perfect place to be. I was in the middle of everything and close to Center Camp and getting Ice was a breeze! It was easy to get back to camp from anywhere because I was near the "halfway" part of the clock. For me, this is great news since this is my first burn with BDC. I'm soooo excited, ticket coming in the mail soon . . . .
