Alright, what camps (registered or otherwise) are planning on camping in the 8ish to 9:30ish range on the dial? Yes, we realize that all locations are approximate, and accurate to within half a block in any given direction for placed camps. Tell us about where you've been placed, or where you're aiming to camp in the neighborhood if you're not a placed theme camp. This thread is for camps to announce their locations and intentions (not for recruiting, posting lineups and schedules, or other stuff you can tell us in your own camp thread)… tell us who you are, meet your neighbors!

Vinyl Bunker requested something in the 8:30 neighborhood since we loved it so much there last year. With any luck we'll be back again, serving up hard lemonade, 50's music, and lawn games.

The 7 Deadly Gins - hoping to be back in the fabulous 9 o'clock sector to serve ice-cold, top-shelf Gin + Tonics to the parched citizens of BRC! Fingers crossed we get our 2012 location of 8.30 + A back!

SK8 KAMP is planning to be at SK9:00 again (AKA 9:00 and Esplanade). We'll have an EPIC skateboard park this year.

7deadlygins, we hope you come back to 8:30 and A as well! We were across the street from you in 2012, and you were such lovely neighbors .

Jake's Tent Charcuterie is hoping for placement at 8:30 and A for our 3rd year of wine and cheese happy hours.

The Breakfast Club village, Housing Pancake Playhouse, Scarbutts Coffee and Airship.

A Camp with No Name is happy to be making the pilgrimage again after two years. Snow-cones and snark should be expected.

Yeeehaw! Capt. Buzzkill here from The Bureau of Misinformation! We're hoping to keep the 9 o'clock legacy alive with another year of serving up misinformation and Playa Punch -- hopefully back again at 9 & A! (we're also looking for a few new members this year, if anyone is interested, ping me!)

Art Car Bus Stop has submitted to be in the 9 o'clock area! We will be having a daily happy hour beneath our fancy "Psychedelic Circus" tent, as well as activities and general fun times If you're interested in camping or partying with us, contact here or look us up on Facebook!

Sk8 Kamp definitely has some fun stuff in the works for yet another magnificent display of self-inflicted love/harm/ridiculousnosity on a big, fresh, home-made batch of high quality skate ramps in the Sk8:30 - 9 area.

Mohammeds Mini Martini and Erotica hopes to be in the 9 o'clock portal with a night time version as well called "Midnight at the Moasis"

Miso Horny plans to be in the 9 o clock neighborhood once again! We were at 9 and D last year, and it was an awesome locations. Fingers crossed we get something similar for 2014!

Modge Podge Camp

Love the 9:00 side and hoping to be on it again this year.

We will have a large interactive light and sound dome called the Musical Oasis.
The interior of the dome will have a cieling of RBG LEDs and there will be four panels along the side of the dome where participants can push buttons triggering sound loops in order to make your own tech deep house music. The LEDs will dance with the music participants create. Will be open dusk to dawn.

We will also host a iced boba bar on either tuesday or wednesday for a couple hours.

Flirt Camp was at 8:45 and A last year and we loved it! Just far enough away from the 9 o'clock plaza but great foot traffic. Hoping for similar placement this year!

Would be great to be close to Miso Horny as well since we are somewhat similar camps.

Just got the good word. Vinyl Bunker is officially debuting on E street near 9:15!

Stag Camp(8) returns to the playa with our placement at 9:15 and F. This happens to be one of our contingency locations for our very first year in 2007..... We are back again with our awesome brand of independent radical self reliance and even more interactive things to participate in.

The Green Hour has been placed on the 9 o'clock portal. Fuck me runnin! I haven't seen this year's map, but, that's part of the keyhole, right?


Look for the red Fokker tri-plane, and when the green lamp is on (usually around sunset) we're serving the sweetest absinthe on the playa. Just about any other time, we're serving cold root beer. PLEASE help eliminate moop and trash by bringing your own cup.

Mon-Sat (sunset-sunrise) we will have THE MUSICAL OASIS. This is a fully interactive light and sound dome. Participants can come in and create there own electronic music through 1 of the 4 pads on the wall. The inside of the dome struts will be covered in LEDs and will react to the music that is created.
Tuesday noon-2 we will have an iced boba tea bar

Flirt Camp will be located at 9:15 & Isfahan this year with lot's of fun and sexy events planned!

UPDATE: SK8 KAMP will be at SK815 and Esplanade!!!!

Camp Above the Limit has been placed at the 9:00 portal and Esplanade! We're super stoked to be in such an awesome location and we really look forward to hanging out with all of you. We will be offering Turkish coffee, refreshing beverages, a fire pit, and several lounge spaces for you to relax and enjoy some good company.

7 Sins Lounge returns for our 14th straight year! we will be at 8:45 & Basra near 9:00 Portal, serving ice cold beverages, Flaming Blue Phucks and spinning the Wheel of Sins for all you grateful Sinners!!

Great news all round! I'm also hearing from friends with the Lost Lounge, this year they're building the epic Lost Hotel and will be at 9:00 and K this year.

Do More Now will be erecting the 5 story Firehouse at 8:00 and A this year. Come by and paint the walls, have a drink and climb up to the top floor for the best view on the playa.

Damn, the firehouse is moving in the wrong direction! Someone got a photo of our camp from yours last year and I randomly found it on Flickr. I love it to death.

I'll be sure to stop by to howl at the sunset at least once.

We're placed at 8:15 & A ... is that technically part of the 9:00 Neighborhood or the 7:30 Neighborhood? Halfway in between!!
