You don't
"need" to find a theme camp. You could just go and make your own small 2 or 3 person camp. You'll have friendly neighbors anywhere you end up and no theme camp dues or duties to worry about.
Either way, you'll have a good time though, good luck!

The lists of supplies are googlable or there are many on this board under the preparation sub-fora. This is totally doable and you have enough time.

I counted 4 "I needs" in there.
That's 1 over the needy limit!!!

The Survival Guide on the main site is required reading and has a starter packing list. You can also google "Burning Man packing list" and find some great stuff, I promise.
Some of the theme camps in this forum are still accepting members. You can also email camps that match your interests from last year and see if they're taking new people. Don't write to all of them, write to ones you feel you can contribute to with labor, love, and ideas.

Be sure to lead with your skills when you inquire, rather than writing from a place of helplessness or need. We all have moments of need on the playa occasionally, but finding a theme camp is a little like landing a job--lead with your strengths.

It is possible----and very enjoyable----to camp without a theme camp.

Ya know..... most camps are already FULL by NOW.
Waiting till the end of June, to commit? yeah good luck with that!
There's a SLIM chance you might squeeze in here....
