Offer: Camp for one overseas burgin

Anti M's Home for Wayward Art looks like we will have an open spot which we would like to offer to an overseas traveler (or a couple willing to share a smallish tent). No dues, but we do have a few guidelines. Read on and let's see if you would like to camp in our tiny theme camp.
We are a theme camp, but only have five members this year (two couples and an older gentleman). We are located in Hushville, so you must agree to abide by the village rules (no generator, no amplified music, LNT). We do not offer meals or a shower.
What we do offer:
A tent under nice shade with a nice "living room" and access to our kitchen. Bedding provided if requested (sleeping bags and a mat). An empty cooler for you to use as you like. You tent will be on a groundcover, with a large rug in front of it, and you will have a little privacy. Water is negotiable, as is a bike, we can bring either if arranged in advance. We do have solar panels and can recharge small batteries. If you bring a rental car, yes, there is a place to park it. We often have extras of things such as hydration packs and goggles and earplugs, so if you forget things, we probably have it. Mostly, we are an excellent base of exploration. We are not exciting, kinda like camping with your mom and dad.
What we would expect from you:
Read the Survival Guide, and the First Timers Guide. Repeatedly.
You provide your own food and booze. We share, but you should have your own stuff, just in case.
No smoking in camp, please step "outside". (I have asthma). We can give you a pocket ashtray if you need one.
We wake up early, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. But we aren't that noisy, just chatty.
Bring baby wipes, we do have a garden sprayer, but no shower. Our evap pan is tiny.
Do not bring overnight guests into camp unexpectedly, it freaks me out to wake up to strangers.
If you use the kitchen, please clean up right away. We have two burners and an oven.
No drugs. We don't care what you do, just don't do it in our living room.
