The Lost Penguin Cafe is Seeking new Campmates

Hello, Potential Lost Penguin! If you wish to join in with our waddling flock, you must do so SOON!

The Lost Penguin Cafe' and Theme Camp at Burning Man ("TLP" for short!) is now in its 13th year!

TLP, like the Burning Man festival itself, is a "Participants Only" entity.
We highly encourage your individualism and exploration of the waking daydream that is Burning Man. We want you to take in the beautiful people and art and love of the Burning Man-world around you as often as you can.
Just know that we REQUIRE your regular contribution and participation in the loading/unloading/installation/tear-down/maintenance/and function of our amazing camp throughout the week.
Also required is a pre-event cash payment of $240 per person for all of the relative luxuries and comforts that TLP membership provides.

Food:
TLP sets a fantastic table for our regular group mealtimes. and our kitchen is beyond compare! Each meal will have both a meat eating and vegetarian option
We serve 2 meals a day, Breakfast and Dinner, with enough food for everyone. You will be responsible for your own water, snacks and other beverages or treats.

Our theme is hospitality and entertainment, and we provide an oasis of comfort, fun, indulgence, and entertainment on the playa for the hundreds of guests we receive...as well as ourselves!
We serve Belgian chocolates, wine and snow cones to our hundreds of guests.
We have a busy stage featuring known musical acts, open-mic moments, readings, performance art, and karaoke... along with special events every day, including Friday's Lunacy Cabaret, Big Dick on Ice, and our fabulous Chocolate Martini party.

You'll be expected to participate in one or more of our 'committees' that make our camp what it is.
