Portland camp at 3:30?

I am looking for a man named Italic (or similar) from a Portland camp placed around 3:30 and esplanade. He was the creator/driver of an art car with some really cool sound visualization software that I'm trying to track down. I was supposed to track him down during the burn and failed.
Does anyone know this person? Does anyone know the name of a Portland camp that was around that location?
