TWO AUSTRALIANS TRAVELLING TO BM THIS YEAR

HI EVERYONE,
MY MATE AND I ARE FIRST TIMERS TO BM, AND WE ARE REALLY EXCITED TO BE APART OF THIS FESTIVAL.
WE WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS TWO SPOTS IN THEIR RV OR CAR TO TAKE US FROM LAS VEGAS TO BLACK ROCK CITY ?
WE ARRIVE IN VEGAS ON THE 23RD OF AUGUST, WE WILL SUPPLY GAS MONEY,BANTER AND ALL ROUND GOOD COMPANY.
WE ARE VERY SOCIAL AND WANT TO MEET AS MANY COOL PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

Hey dudes, I'm an Aussie girl from Cairns, Queensland.
just checking in to say hey, this will be my first time at burning man too. Haven't really planned much yet as far as transport and stuff goes, but I'm going to be a loner, so I'd love to get together a troupe I can stick with during my time at burning man. just putting my feelers out there. I'm open for ideas, maybe we could work something out. I haven't booked flights yet so I am very flexible with time and place. I'm 22, female, easy going, passionate and easy to get along with. I promised myself I'd make it to burning man no matter what, but we all need a little help sometimes. None of my friends seemed interested enough to make a commitment to actually come with me, so I bought a ticket anyway.
I'm interested in finding some nice dudes to share an RV with? ...Well, I'm leaning towards the RV because it's my first time an I'm a lil bit nervous... haven't really looked into any Theme Camps but I'd like to meet like a decent group of people and hopefully stick with them for most of the time I suppose? Okay to be honest I have no idea how this works and I'm shitting myself.

In a few weeks the "Rideshare" link under Transportation will become active...you will find rides offered/needed there. Add your own needs. Those flying into Reno will find a Rideshare help desk staffed by Burning Man volunteers who assist arriving pax find rides out to the playa. A pickup in Reno would necessarily include a stop or two for groceries and gear.
If you are coming in from points further out, like Las Vegas, consider renting your own transportation.

She's only 22 years old. She cannot rent her own transportation (say like a car or van) until she's 25.

I'm moving this over to the Share Resources board, since that's a better fit for ride/RV share posts. You may also want to consider not posting in all caps lock, as it comes off to readers like you're shouting every word. In person, a shouter is probably the last person you'd want to spend a lot of time confined in a small vehicle with.

It's possible that the rvs are all reserved at this point. It's a busy holiday weekend, so it's not just other burners you're competing against. I suggest you read up on tents and monkey huts.

Hello friends, Our camp is Misfit Island we are placed @ 730 and I . last year we were 11 strangers strong fitting with our misfit theme. My 3rd year and ill be a sherpa to 4 virgins and a 2cn year "Epic" virgin. anyway we have space if you wana plop down. We have a Radio station too if anyone is a social character. I can bring a extra 15' geo dome if yall havent found a rv or tents

Have you guys found people to ride with/stay with yet? Me, my wife (from Melbourne, Australia) and best friend are looking for people to share an RV with. We had a reservation, but the Rv is not running and the owner doesn't want to fix it, which is is why we are now scrambling to find people to stay with. Give me a shout at 818-915-9944.
